These terms apply to your use of amistades.jp, including browsing event information, submitting inquiries, subscribing for updates, and purchasing or accessing tickets through the site or its connected services.

Acceptance
Acceptance of These Terms
By using the site, submitting forms, or continuing with a purchase, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional event-specific conditions displayed on the relevant event or checkout page.
Eligibility
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your contact details current, and safeguard account credentials and access links. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account or order information unless caused by our own fault.
Event Terms
Event Information, Sales Conditions, and Entry
- Ticket pricing, sale windows, inventory, release timing, age restrictions, and entry conditions are governed by the event page and the checkout flow shown at the time of order.
- Availability can change quickly in real time and may involve first-come sales, staged releases, waitlists, or later inventory releases.
- Where checkout, venue rules, organizer rules, or event-specific conditions apply, those materials operate alongside these site terms.
Organizer Marketplace
Event Submission, Review, and Publishing
Organizers warrant that they have authority to list and sell the event and to use all submitted venue details, performer names, artwork, trademarks, prices, and ticket terms. Submission does not guarantee publication. We may verify identity, venue, legality, safety, content, artwork quality, and brand fit, and may reject, pause, request edits to, or unpublish a listing.
The organizer remains responsible for accurate and current event information, required permits, insurance, venue agreements, safety controls, age checks, tax obligations, and lawful operation of the event.
Organizer Authority
Authority of Organizers, Venues, Agencies, and Platforms
An applicant must be the event organizer, venue or promoter, a duly authorized agency, or a ticketing platform authorized to distribute the event. An applicant acting for another party must provide an authorization letter, organizer agreement, venue confirmation, entity details, or other evidence of authority when requested.
The application must identify whether Amistades will be the primary ticketing channel, co-sell with an existing provider, link to an external sales page, or support a migration. Where inventory is shared, the parties must agree in writing before launch on allocations, synchronization responsibility, stop-sale procedures, and the refund contact to prevent overselling.
Organizer Duties
Permits, Safety, Accessibility, and Accurate Listings
The organizer is responsible for verifying and maintaining all applicable venue, fire and capacity, food, alcohol, late-night operation, music and image rights, security, minor-protection, and other permits and safety measures. Event details, prices, taxes and fees, sale dates, inventory, age and entry conditions, accessibility information, and cancellation or refund policy must be accurate and kept current.
Organizers must consider and provide reasonable accommodation required by Japanese law for attendees with disabilities and share material information in advance about accessible facilities, companions or service animals, seating, and the appropriate contact route.
Organizer Fees
Platform Fee and Payment Processing
During the launch period, the Amistades platform fee is 1% of gross paid ticket sales, calculated on the purchase amount before later refunds, cancellations, or chargeback adjustments. Free events carry no platform fee, and we currently add no buyer booking fee.
Square or another approved payment provider may separately deduct processing charges, international-card charges, taxes, and refund or dispute adjustments. The final fee rate, allocation, and settlement approach will be shown to the organizer before publication; any signed event-specific agreement takes priority where it differs.
Organizer Proceeds
Amistades Settlement, Payouts, and Refunds
Buyer payments are normally collected through the payment account designated by Amistades. The organizer submits a bank account in its own or its legal entity’s name, together with requested verification, through the secure organizer workspace. Amistades pays the reconciled balance shown on the final statement; an organizer-owned Square seller account is not normally required.
An organizer may choose post-event, monthly, or on-request review as a preferred cycle. This is not an instant-withdrawal right. Amistades confirms each settlement period and payout date after considering refund windows, disputes, identity and authority checks, bank holidays, any minimum payout threshold, and the event-specific agreement.
Organizers must maintain sufficient funds for cancellations, material changes, legally required refunds, and chargebacks, and remain responsible for refunds, disputes, and related costs arising from their event or conduct.
To reasonably cover anticipated refunds, chargebacks, legal violations, overselling, or incomplete identity or authority checks, we may delay settlement, apply reserves, or set off amounts as permitted by law and the payment provider’s terms. We will tell the organizer the reason and the conditions for release.
Attendee Data
Use and Sharing of Attendee Personal Data
Buyer and attendee personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and applicable payment terms. When attendee information is shared with an organizer, it is limited to stated purposes such as admission, event communications, and legal compliance. Before using it for separate marketing, onward disclosure, or an overseas transfer, the organizer must provide any required notice, obtain any required consent, and maintain appropriate safeguards.
Organizer Content
Artwork, Copy, and Design-System License
The organizer grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, resize, crop, translate, lay out, display, distribute, and promote submitted copy, artwork, logos, and video for review, event sales, marketing, and archival purposes. We will not knowingly misrepresent the event and will preserve source assets where practical.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing, Payment, and Order Formation
Prices are shown in the currency and format listed on the relevant page. Any applicable taxes, processing charges, delivery costs, or extra fees are shown before you complete the order.
Orders are processed when we or our payment provider accept the order details and payment submission. We may hold, limit, or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, duplication, suspected fraud, inventory conflict, or an unresolved identity or payment issue.
Before submitting an order, the buyer can review the event, date, ticket type, quantity, contact details, subtotal, fees, total, payment and delivery timing, and refund rule, and can use Back to correct the information. The order contract forms when payment is approved and we or the identified seller send the purchase confirmation.
Changes and Refunds
Event Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Except where required by law, where we expressly state otherwise, or where an organizer publishes a separate refund rule, completed ticket sales are generally treated as final.
Lineups, start times, venues, and operational details may change. If a material cancellation or major rescheduling occurs, we may announce the applicable next steps through our site, the payment provider, the ticket account area, or the event page.
Ticket Transfers
Free Ticket Transfers
For eligible tickets, the current holder may use My Tickets to transfer one ticket to a named recipient without charge. The recipient must authenticate with the invited email and accept before the invitation expires and before the event begins. The sender keeps the ticket and may cancel the transfer until it is accepted.
When accepted, a new barcode is issued and the sender’s previous barcode becomes invalid. Checked-in, expired, ineligible, or already-pending tickets cannot be transferred. This feature is for gifting only and must not be used for resale, collecting payment, adding a markup, or brokering a transaction. The sender is responsible for entering the correct recipient email unless the error was caused by us.
Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited Conduct
- Fraudulent purchases, bulk buying for unauthorized resale, impersonation, payment abuse, or attempts to interfere with the service.
- Scraping, vulnerability probing, unauthorized automation, misuse of credentials, or attempts to access another person’s account or data.
- Illegal, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, or rights-infringing conduct in connection with the site or our events.
Where Japan’s Ticket Anti-Scalping Act applies to a specified event ticket, you must not acquire it for, or engage in, repeated unauthorized commercial resale above the original price without the organizer’s consent.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property and Site Content
The text, imagery, event artwork, logos, video, branding, and site design are owned by us or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit those materials without permission.
Third Parties
Third-Party Services, External Stores, and Disclaimers
The site may link to Instagram, STORES, external payment pages, or other third-party tools. We do not control their uptime, terms, payment flows, product quality, delivery, or content once you leave our controlled pages.
The site is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for our intent or gross negligence, liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory law, or any legally required refund or remedy.
Legal Framework
Governing Law and Updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. We may update them prospectively and within a reasonable scope as our services, legal obligations, or operating model change. Material updates will be announced with an effective date. Material event-specific conditions shown when an existing order was placed continue to govern that order.
We provide these terms in Japanese and English. If they differ, the Japanese version controls, without affecting mandatory consumer rights. Contact support about orders, tickets, or refunds; consumers in Japan may also use Consumer Hotline 188.
