Third-Party Organizer Events

Where an independent organizer is the event seller, the organizer identity, contact route, and event-specific terms will be shown on the event page or before purchase. Amistades may provide listing, ticketing technology, and payment connectivity.

The site primarily offers event information, ticketing, newsletter signups, waitlists, inquiries, and booking discussions. Some items presented on the Shop page are sold through third-party storefronts rather than directly through this site.

Prices are displayed on the relevant event, service, or checkout page. If taxes, processing fees, delivery charges, or similar extra costs apply, they are shown before the order is finalized.

The applicable event page or final order screen shows the sale period, application deadline, ticket limit, age restriction, identity checks, and other special conditions. Sales may close before the stated deadline when inventory is exhausted.

Before submitting an order, you can review the event, date, ticket type, quantity, email, subtotal, fees, total, payment method, delivery timing, and cancellation or refund rule. Use Back to correct the order. We send an order confirmation or ticket notice after acceptance.

Available payment methods are limited to the options shown in the checkout experience provided by us or our payment partner. Charges may be taken or authorized when your order is submitted and approved during checkout.

Digital tickets, order confirmations, and access details are generally provided by email or through the ticket area after payment confirmation. For some events, display or delivery may be delayed until closer to the event for verification or release-timing reasons.

Unless required by law, expressly stated otherwise by us, or replaced by an organizer's published refund rule, completed ticket sales are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Artists, venue, start time, programming, or operational details may change. If a material cancellation or major rescheduling occurs, we may communicate the next steps through the event page, email, account area, or related channels.

Event-specific refund rules are displayed clearly before purchase; requests will not be governed only by an undefined ‘case-by-case’ standard. Neither this disclosure nor event-specific terms limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory law.

Before purchase, each event identifies whether the contractual seller is KUMBA Co., Ltd., an independent event organizer, or an external ticketing provider. When Amistades acts as an authorized sales agent or provides payment connectivity and ticketing technology, the organizer remains responsible for staging the event, permits, venue operations, and organizer-set event conditions.

We may impose purchase limits, request verification, cancel orders, or restrict accounts in order to reduce fraud, protect inventory, and address unauthorized resale. Tickets suspected of abuse or unauthorized resale may be voided where permitted.

Use of the site requires internet access, a reasonably current browser environment, the ability to receive email, and any authentication steps needed for secure access. Carrier, network, and device costs remain your responsibility.
